1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within South Africa. Please note that shipping restrictions may apply depending on the specific vendor, product, or region.
2. Processing Time
Once you complete your purchase and receive payment confirmation, most orders will be processed within 1-3 days business days. For products that require customization or special handling, processing times may be longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping methods and costs will vary depending on the supplier and the product(s) you order. You can view the order shipping information and the associated fees during the checkout process.
Vendors may offer free shipping promotions on certain products or orders. These will be clearly marked on the product page or at checkout.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, logistics processing, or carrier delays. We recommend that you check the tracking information provided in your order status page in your MedBuy account or the tracking information emailed to you after you placed your order, for updates regarding your shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation to the email address associated with your account. You can also track your order in your MedBuy customer account by clicking on the order number and follow the prompts to track your order. For any issues related to tracking, please contact MedBuy, after signing into your account hit the contact us button.
6. Packaging, Handling, Transit times
All products are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. Medical products are packaged with the necessary precautions to preserve their quality and safety during transit.
Transit times can vary depending on the location of origin, usual transit and handling times are between 3-5 working days. Larger items that require truck loading may take a further 5-7 days to arrive.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please visit the RMA centre in your MedBuy account and submit a RMA ticket to initiate a return. Please keep all packaging and place the damaged item in the packaging it arrived in so it can be returned successfully. For lost or missing items not delivered please log into your MedBuy account and hit the contact us button, have your order number and tracking number ready to submit for a lost delivery ticket request.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Our marketplace follows a vendor-specific return and exchange policy. If you are unsatisfied with your order or need to request a return, please review the vendor’s return policy listed on the product page or contact them directly. Visit your RMA centre in your MedBuy account to initiate a return of your order.
